Berwick-on-Tweed.
To the justices of the Bench. Order not to put Nicholas de Segrave in default for not appearing, on Sunday in three weeks from Easter day, and on the Monday following, in the suit before them by king's writ between Alice late the wife of Roger le Bygod, earl of Norfolk and marshal of England, demandant, and the said Nicholas and Alice his wife, tenants, concerning the manor of Pesenhale, as be was engaged on that day in the king's service. Order not to put Herbert de Sancto Quintino in default for not appearing, on Tuesday in three weeks from Michaelmas last, in the suit before them between Robert le Conestable and the said Herbert that the said Herbert should render to him Amandus, son and heir of John de Ruda, as he was on that day engaged in the king's service.
