Sir Edw. Cooke reports from the Committee of Grievances, appointed to examine the Charge of my Lord Treasurer. - Have entered into it: Examined Six Witnesses. One Abra. Jacob to be examined, but not here: Had no Warning; nor had no Power to send for him. - The Sense of the Committee, that a Warrant to be made presently for him.
