To justices of the Bench. Order to continue in the same state in which it now is, the assize of novel disseisin which Thomas Retheryk arramed before William de Shareshull and his fellows, justices of assize in co. Salop, against John de Cherleton, whom the king has appointed justiciary of Ireland, who is staying in that land, and Hawisia his wife and others contained in the original writ, concerning tenements in Great Meleneok, Thledreth, Kithleveno, Stradenernoy, Thlanershemereys, Bodenwal, Thlannegheyn, Doluaur, Codwynnayn, Roulas, Garthloulgh, and Pymyrth, which assize is adjourned before the justices on account of certain difficulties in it, while John is staying in the king's service, in accordance with the ordinance made at Notingham. Edmund le Gode, vicar of Westthurrok church and John le Smyth of Westthurrok, acknowledge that they owe to William de Cusancia, clerk, 10l.; to be levied, etc. in co. Essex.
Henry de Annesleye of Saxendale acknowledges that he owes to John Ursel, chaplain, 20l.; to be levied, etc. in co. Nottingham.
Enrolment of deed testifying that whereas Peter de Sesers, merchant of Arragon, is appointed attorney of all the merchants of Arragoun and Malorges who had laded merchandise in a ship of Malorges, called 'Seint Lodwiz,' in which Bernard Badors was master, he releases to Elias Condy, Michael le Yonge, Richard Wygod, William Loveryk, Salomon Yok, John Loveryk, Thomas and Richard his brothers, William Jolif, William Fauconer, Thomas de Staple and all others of the town of Sandwich, all actions with respect to the ship and the merchandise therein, which were taken on 13 October, 1336, by a ship of Sandwich called 'la Godbiete,' in which Elias Condy was master. Dated at London on Thursday after Epiphany, 11 Edward III. French.

Joan late the wife of Thomas Corbet of Bedvngton, acknowledges that she owes to Henry Wymond and William Box, 100l.; to be levied, etc. in co. Surrey.
Henry de Bradewaye acknowledges that he owes to John de Stretford, archbishop of Canterbury, 200l.; to be levied, etc. in co. Southampton.
