Kennington.
To the collectors of the custom of wool, hides and wool-fells in the port of London. Order to pay to Queen Philippa or her attorney 564l. 3s. 4d. or to permit her or her attorney to lade her own wool on which the custom and subsidy amount to that sum, and take it in the next common passage of wool, to the staple at Andewerp, without paying the custom and subsidy thereon, in accordance with a former order [as in this Calendar 12 Edward III, page 465], of which they have not hitherto done anything, as the king has learned. To the bailiffs of Great Yarmouth. Order to deliver to Robert de Benhale a ship in that port for his service, without delay, in accordance with a previous order to Robert de Morle, admiral of the fleet from the mouth of the Thames towards the north, as the king wishes to hasten the livery of the ship. By C.

To William Trussel, admiral of the fleet from the mouth of the Thames towards the west. Order to deliver a ship with double equipment to Robert de Artoys, for the king's service. By C.

To the treasurer and chamberlains. Order to deliver to Robert de Artoys what is in arrear to him of the 800 marks yearly granted to him by the king [as at page 65 above] from 26 March in the 12th year of the reign, as the king has learned from Robert that he cannot receive that sum by reason of divers assignments made by the treasurer and chamberlains upon the ferms of the priories from which the grant was made. To the sheriffs of London. Order to cause all arrows found in that city and its suburbs to be bought without delay and delivered to William la Zousch, dean of St. Peter's, York, the treasurer, by indenture. By C.

To the collectors of the custom of wool, hides and wool-fells in the port of London. Order to permit Queen Philippa or her attorneys to lade 20 sacks of her wool in that port and take them to the staple at Andewerp without paying custom and subsidy thereon, in accordance with the king's grant to her.
