William de Swanlund, parson of Lutheburgh church, acknowledges that he owes to Geoffrey de Thoresby, 43l. 6s. 8d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Lincoln.
Cancelled on payment.
Enrolment of acknowledgment of receipt testifying that in the year 1342, the tenth indiction on the 30 May, in the house where Bartholomew Thomasyn was then staying in the parish of St. Stephen, Walebrock, London, in the presence of the notary and the following witnesses, Boniface Busketti, of the diocese of Cahors, proctor of Andrew Berton, merchant of Kirio of the said diocese, as appeared by a public instrument, gave power to Guideti Lamfranci of Kirio, public notary by imperial authority, to receive all that was owed to him and give acquittance therefor, who acknowledges that he has received from brother James de Cusancia, prior of St. Mary Tifford, of the order of Cluny, diocese of Norwich, for himself and his convent, 265l. in which the prior was bound to Boniface and Andrew, for himself and convent, as appeared by a public instrument of Master John Amici de Heverynglond, diocese of Norwich, public apostolic notary, under date 8 June, 1337, the 5th indiction, and also by a recognisance made in chancery by the prior to Andrew Berton, at Stafford, in the 11th year of the reign, Bartholomew Thomasyn, John Ad and Master Richard de Reppes, clerk, being called as witnesses.
Lucas John of Thaxstede, clerk, diocese of London, public apostolic notary, was present with the aforesaid witnesses and has drawn up this public form, under his customary seal.
Memorandum that Boniface Busketti came into chancery on 4 June and acknowledged that the preceding instrument had been made at his request and that he was satisfied for the money in the form contained therein.

To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to account with Walter de Weston, the king's clerk, lately appointed to supply the place of Thomas de Ferariis, some time keeper of the islands of Gernerey, Gereseye, Serk, and Aureneye, and to guard safely the king's castles there, for his wages and those of his men for the time when he was with them in those islands, and for the issues of the islands and other sums of money received by him, and further to do what pertains to the final issue of that account.

William atte Pende of Wauton and John atte Pende, son of William atte Pende, acknowledge that they owe to Gilbert be Wygeton, clerk, 200l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands and chattels in co. Surrey.
