To Walter Walsshe, William Purcell, Thomas Couele, Walter Halle and William Recevour, lately appointed to arrest all fruits etc. of the prebend of Sutton arising since 10 March last wherever they be gathered or put within liberties or without, and all moneys due for the same in the hands of buyers thereof whom by inquisition or otherwise they shall from time to time discover, by distress and otherwise to compel all found to have the same to deliver up such fruits and pay such moneys at the terms appointed, to survey defects which are in the said prebend, the chancels and buildings thereto pertaining for lack of repair, making inquisition what they are, by whom, when and how they befel and by what sum they may be made good, and at their discretion to spend upon repair thereof the moneys arising of the fruits etc. aforesaid. Order to suffer John de Thornburgh farmer and occupier of the said fruits etc. to have free administration thereof from the aforesaid date; as he has mainperned in chancery, promising to deliver to the said Walter and William Purcell all moneys thereof arising, when by him levied, to be laid out as aforesaid.
