Oct. 6.
Westminster.
To the collectors in Bukinghamshire of the moiety of a tenth and fifteenth last granted to the king. Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of their demand upon the men of Eton for the said moiety upon the lands etc. in Eton which were of Oliver de Burdeux, now in the king's hand.
Oct. 8.
Westminster.
To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas, and order to discharge the men of Eton and the collectors of the subsidy (aforesaid).

To the bailiffs of Canterbury. Writ of supersedeas omnino, and order by mainprise of Thomas Garwenton of Kent, John Gosselyn of Bourne co. Sussex and Robert Thorleye of Notynghamshire to set free John Esshindene and John Taunton, if imprisoned at suit of William Bregge averring threats.
