Memorandum that this acknowledgment was taken by the chancellor.
Dec. 14.
Westminster.
Roger Soterle to John de Burton clerk. Recognisance for 6 marks, to be levied etc. in Suffolk.
Dec. 15.
Westminster.
Robert Manfelde clerk to Walter Malet, Adam de Horsley clerks and John Caldewelle, executors of William Haule late parson of Kirtelyngton. Recognisance for 110 marks, to be levied etc. in Yorkshire.
Memorandum of defeasance, upon condition that before Easter next William de Monketon now parson of the said church shall make another recognisance in that sum to save the executors harmless in regard to the repair of the church.
Cancelled, because on 18 February this year the said parson made a recognisance accordingly.
