York.		 Robert de Insula was in the king's service by his order on Sunday the octaves of Holy Trinity and the Monday following, so that he could not appear in the suit before the justices of the Bench between him and Geoffrey de Saye concerning the unjust detinue of Robert's cattle; wherefore the justices are ordered not to put him in default.
