A History of the County of Stafford: Volume 7, Leek and the Moorlands
This volume tells the story of the town of Leek and the north-east corner of Staffordshire adjoining Cheshire and Derbyshire. Besides the large parish of Leek, it contains Alstonefield, another extensive parish, Horton, and Sheen.
A History of the County of Surrey: Volume 3
Covers the south and west of the historic county, from Godalming hundred in the south to Kingston-upon-Thames in the north, now part of Greater London. Also includes accounts of (amongst others) Dorking, Guildford, Reigate and Walton on Thames.

Covers the areas in the north and east of the county, including much of what is now south London. Areas covered include Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Merton and Sutton, as well as the part of the east of the historic county not now within Greater London, around Oxted, Caterham and Lingfield.

Gives the history of the eleven parishes that form the north-eastern part of Bramber rape, from Upper Beeding in the south to Ifield in the north, together with that of Crawley new town, founded in 1947.
A History of the County of Sussex: Volume 6 Part 2, Bramber Rape (North-Western Part) Including Horsham
Gives the history of the ten parishes that form the north-western part of Bramber rape, from Sullington in the south to Warnham in the north, lying mostly in the Weald.
A History of the County of Sussex: Volume 7, the Rape of Lewes
Covers the rape and honour of Lewes, in the east of the county. It includes an extensive account of the borough of Lewes itself, as well as detailing the parishes from the old parish of Crawley and the county border in the north, to coastal areas in the south, including Brighton to the west and Newhaven in the east.
A History of the County of Warwick: Volume 4, Hemlingford Hundred
Hemlingford hundred lies in the north of the county, to the north and east of Birmingham. The volume covers several parishes now near or within the Birmingham area, as well as the boroughs of Sutton Coldfield and Nuneaton. Birmingham itself is covered in volume 7.

Calne, a small town in north Wiltshire, stood on a large royal estate, and the witan met there - St Dunstan survived the partial collapse of a building at one meeting.

Contains accounts of the parishes of these two hundreds in the north-east of the county, and of the town of Marlborough.
