Carlisle.
Margaret, late the wife of Gilbert de Suthayk, John de Skelton, Adam de Skelton, Nicholas de Luda, John de Warthewyk, and Hugh de Lenyngton, acknowledge that they owe to Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln, 153l. 6s. 8d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands in cos. Cumberland and Westmoreland.
Memorandum, that this recognisance was made before William de Melton in the king's presence.
Adam de Skelton, John de Skelton, Nicholas de Luda, John de Warthewyk, and Robert de Greshop acknowledge that they owe to the said earl 250l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands in cos. Cumberland and Westmoreland.
