Robert Dyneley, son and heir of Robert Dyneley, to John Dyneley his brother. Gift for seven years of a yearly rent of 100s. to be taken of all the grantor's lands in the parishes of Dene and Chircheocley co. Suthampton called Halle and Mailesangre. Dated London, the feast of St. Andrew 6 Henry IV.

John son of William of Weston in le Clay to John Warner of the same, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the grantor's share in a messuage and one bovate of land and meadow adjacent in Weston aforesaid and in Weston field, which share John Warner held of him in bondage, also of 2½ acres of land and meadow which the grantee had by feoffment of Nicholas May of the same, and 1½ rood of land which he had of William Home when neif of the grantor, rendering to the grantor 6s. a year, and wards and reliefs when they shall happen, and doing homage and fealty to him for all secular service. Witnesses: Nicholas son of William, John del Birkes, John Coke, Lawrence Bayskalle, William de Skarill, all of Weston. Dated Weston in le Clay, Sunday after the Purification 47 Edward III.
