1405 Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 100 marks, made in chancery 6 November 7 Henry IV by John Dautrey and John Vyncent of Sussex, John Holyngbourne of Surrey and Richard Bolt of the county of Suthampton for Thomas Haberger, and of an undertaking by him under a pain of 200 marks, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to the bishop of Cicestre, his men or servants, and shall not with violence and the strong hand unduly cast down a lodge at Cold Waltham within the bishop's warren contrary to the law.
