To the sheriff of Norhampton. Order to give Michael de la Pole now earl of Suffolk livery and restitution of the advowsons of the churches of Buchoke and Grafton; as in a cause in chancery between that earl, by name of Michael de la Pole late (sic) earl of Suffolk elder son of Michael de la Pole late earl of Suffolk, and Edmund de la Pole knight and Robert de Bolton clerk concerning those advowsons, whereof the earl his father was seised on the date of a judgment against him rendered in the parliament holden at Westminster in 11 Richard II, it is determined by advice of the justices, serjeants at law and others of the council learned in the law that restitution be made to the now earl as his son and heir.
To the sheriff of Somerset. Like writ, mutatis mutandis, concerning the advowson of the church of Norton under Hamedoun.
To the sheriff of Bukingham. Like writ, mutatis mutandis, concerning a yearly rent of 7s. 8d. issuing from a tenement called 'Gracielorde' and land called 'Powereslonde' in Murslee.
