Westminster.
To the escheator in Lincolnshire. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manor of Toft by Broune, delivering to Elizabeth late the wife of Henry Percy of Athell knight any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that by fine levied in the king's court Henry Percy knight at his death held that manor as jointly enfeoffed with her by grant of Guy Fairfax and others to them and to the heirs male of the body of the said Henry, and that the same is not held of the king.
To the escheator in Yorkshire. Like order, mutatis mutandis, concerning the manor of Hunmanby.
To the escheator in Suffolk. Like order, mutatis mutandis, concerning the manor of Cratfelde.
To the escheator in Cambridgeshire. Like order, mutatis mutandis, concerning the manor of Hiselham.
