1324. 15 Kal. Oct. Avignon. (f. 18.)	To Madoc son of Meuric. Provision of a canonry of St. Davids, with reservation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he has the archdeaconry of Anglesey, and a canonry and prebend of Bangor, value 33l.
	Concurrent mandate to the archdeacon of Bangor, Griffin de Trefvawr, canon of St. Asaph, and another named.
2 Kal. Oct. Avignon. (f. 18.)	To Thomas Alkembiry of Northampton who is the son of a priest. Dispensation to be ordained and hold a benefice.
6 Kal. Oct. Avignon. (f. 48.)	To Walter de Istelep, of the diocese of Winchester, already dispensed as the son of a deacon, and who has a canonry and prebend of St. Patrick's, Dublin, and the church of Trim, in the diocese of Meath. Dispensation to retain the same. One year's fruits are to be given to the subsidy against the infidels.

4 Kal. Dec. Avignon. (f. 89d.)	To David de Lindesay and Mary daughter of Alexander de Abirnethine, of the diocese of Glasgow. Dispensation to intermarry, they being related in the fourth degree, and a former husband of Mary being related to David in the same degree.
Kal. Dec. Avignon. (f. 117.)	To Nicholas Lager. Provision of the canonry, prebend, and archdeaconry of Cloyne, void by the consecration of Maurice, bishop of the same. On obtaining these, he is to resign his canonry and prebend of Cork.
	Concurrent mandate to the deans of Dublin and Cashel, and Master John de Ros, canon of Hereford.
13 Kal. Dec. Avignon. (f. 131d.)	To John son of Charles Fieschi (de Flisco) count Palatine and of Lavagna. Provision, at the request of his uncle Luke, cardinal of St. Mary's in Via Lata, of the canonry and prebend of Lincoln void by the resignation of Luchinus de Flisco.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Winchester and two others named.

10 Kal. Jan. Avignon. (f. 151.)	To the bishop of Lincoln. Indult that he and Gilbert de Middleton, archdeacon of Northampton, may consent to the appropriation of the church of Wappenham, of which Gilbert is the patron, to the chantry founded therein by the said Gilbert for seven priests, who are to pray for the soul of the king's father, of Gilbert, and of all faithful departed. The archdeacon is ready to make compensation for the fruits of the said church, which belong to the archdeaconry.

1325. 6 Id. Jan. Avignon. (f. 250.)	To Robert Milis. Provision, at the request of queen Isabella, whose clerk he is, of a canonry of Salisbury, with reservation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he is rector of Suthfeld, in the diocese of Norwich, value 26 marks.

8 Kal. Mar. Avignon. (f. 257d.)	To John de Boun, son of Humphrey earl of Hereford. Dispensation, at the request of Edmund, earl of Arundel, to marry one of the daughters of the said Edmund, they being related in the fourth degree.
Ibid.	To Thomas de Beauchamp, son of Guy, late earl of Warwick. The like dispensation.
Id. Feb. Avignon. (f. 277d.)	Appointment of John, papal chaplain and auditor, canon of Hereford, to the see of Carlisle, void by the death of John; the election made by the chapter of William de Ermyne, canon of Hereford, being null by the papal reservation of the appointment.

Kal. Mar. Avignon. (f. 300.)	To John, cardinal of St. Theodore's. Indult to visit his archdeaconry of Coventry by deputy for five years and receive procurations.

Provision of a canonry of Chichester, with reservation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he has a canonry and prebend of London, and is rector of Dalingho, in the diocese of Norwich, the canonries and prebends being worth 4 and the rectory 20 marks a year.
	Concurrent mandate to William de Weston, canon of Lincoln, Gerard de Sudbury, canon of Wells, and John de Ditton, canon of London.
1324. 13 Kal. Jan. Avignon. (f. 339d.)	To John de Elleker. Provision of a canonry of Beverley, with reservation of a prebend, notwithstanding that he is rector of Wyvelingham, in the diocese of Ely.
	Concurrent mandate to the prior of Watton, the dean of York, and Master Ralph de Holbeche, canon of Lichfield.
1325. Kal. Mar. Avignon. (f. 353d.)	To Robert de Duffield, a Friar Preacher, the king's confessor. Licence to him and to other Friars Preachers in his presence to talk while taking their meals out of the common refectory, while he is engaged in the king's service.
15 Kal. May. Avignon. (f. 355.)	Appointment of Roger, canon of Albinechy (Abernethy), in the diocese of Dublin (Dunblane), to the see of Ross, void by the death of Thomas.
	Concurrent letters to the chapter, to the clergy, and to the people of the diocese, and to vassals of the church.
2 Id. Jan. Avignon. (f. 363d.)	To Gaucelin, cardinal of SS. Marcellinus and Peter. Mandate to absolve William de Nocke, monk, of Burton-on-Trent, from the sentence of excommunication incurred by him for having struck a clerk of William, abbot of the said monastery, and also removed the abbot's hand when stretched out to protect the clerk, he having been, as he asserts, absolved from the sentence incurred by the first blow.
Kal. Mar. Avignon. (f. 399d.)	To Edmund, son of the late king Edward, earl of Kent. Indult that Carmelites and other religious under his roof may eat flesh meat twice a week.
