Desiring him to prolong till Christmas next, or at least to All Saints, the time, already extended from April to Midsummer, by Henry, duke of Lancaster, and John (Richard), earl of Arundel, in which John de Mangre, alias Busicaut, knight, a military prisoner, has promised to return to prison, having been liberated on parole, and praying him to ratify the extension of time made by the said duke and earl.

Mandate to exact from the representatives of the company of the Acciaiuoli of Florence the sum of 4,000 gold florins, which their proctor and partner, Dinus Gorii Rogerii, citizen of Florence, bound them to pay to the papal camera in exchange for 550l. paid him on 18 April 1342, when the company was still solvent, by the late Bernard de Sistre, papal nuncio in England, the time for payment having long elapsed.
