Highways.

B. FOR the Amendment of the Highways in the Wylds of the Counties of Sussex, Surrey, and Kent, reported from the Committee by Sir John Boys, with Amendments; which being twice read, the Bill, upon Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

E of Darby's Estate.

B. For the Assurance of divers of the Possessions and Hereditaments of Ferdinando late Earl of Darby, secondly read.

Upon the Question for Commitment, the House divided :

Armourers, &c.

Moved by Sir H. Poole, and so ordered, that the Committee touching the Petition of the Armourers, &c. should meet again on Thursday next, and, according to the

Opinion of the House expressed in a former Order, frame a Bill in form fit to be oftered to the House, for their Relief; and withal to take into Consideration the Course held in ordinary Taxes and Impositions upon the Country, for Maintenance of War, and Provisions incident.

High Commission.

Sundry Particulars touching the exorbitant Power and Practice of the High Commission, read, and opened, out of a Paper, to the House; and a Bill for restraining of the same, delivered in, but not read at that Time [a].
