UPON Question, a Writ to issue, for a new Choice, in the Room of the Lord Percy, called by Writ to issued, the Higher House.

Sir Francis Steward moveth for Oxford. - That he is again elected there. - Moveth a Direction from the House, about it.
Grand Committee to sit.
The grand Committee to sit at Two of the Clock; and Mr. Speaker then to be ready to come, if he be sent for, that the House may then sit.

Remonstrance to the King.
Mr. Herberte reporteth the Draught of a Remonstrance to his Majesty. - Thought fit, by the grand Committee, to present this to the House. - And read.
After some few Alterations, the whole, upon Question, allowed to be ingrossed, to be presented to his Majesty. This to be ingrossed against To-morrow Morning.
