Hawk and Rainbow, to trade as English Ships, Bill.

The Lord Jeffreys reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Ships Hawk and Rainbow to trade as English-built Ships," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Bull's Bill.

The Lord Jeffreys also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable John Bull, an Infant, to sell his Lands in Kent, for the Payment of Debts and Annuities charged thereon, and for Provision of younger Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Message from H. C. to remind the Lords of the Billingsgate Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Davall:

To put this House in Mind of a Bill, intituled, "An Act for making Billingsgate a free Market, for Sale of Fish."

Weslyd's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the enabling Cyriac Weslyd Esquire, to sell some Part of his Estate, which, by Articles upon his Marriage, was agreed to be settled upon his Wife and Children; and for the settling of other Part of his Estate, of better Value, to the same Uses."

Savery's Invention, for raising Water, &c. Bill for Encouragement of:

Methwold's Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Methwold Esquire to raise the Sum of Twelve Hundred Pounds upon his Estate, by him laid out in improving the same."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the same Committee as Sedgmore Bill is committed; any Five of their Lordships, to meet on Wednesday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Poor, to prevent being defrauded, &c. Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to prevent the Poor from being defrauded, and Redress of several other Abuses."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the same Committee as Sedgmore Bill is committed; any Five of their Lordships, to meet on Tuesday the Eleventh Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Woodman versus Barton et al.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Joshua Woodman is Appellant, and Amy Barton and others are Respondents, on Saturday the Fifteenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Wyburgh versus Ld. Lonsdale:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Wyburgh, of Clifton, in the County of Westmerland, from a Decree of Dismission in the Court of Chancery, the Eighth Day of July One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety, on Behalf of John Lord Viscount Lonsdale; as also upon the Answer of the said Lord Viscount Lonsdale put in thereunto:

Judgement affirmed.

Upon due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Thomas Wyburgh shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree from which he appealed shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
