Trustees forfeited Estates, Ireland, to attend:

Upon reading, this Day, the Report delivered into this House the Sixth Instant, by Mr. Morris Annesley, from the Trustees for Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir Henry Sheires and Francis Annesley Esquire, Two of the said Trustees, do, with all convenient Speed, attend this House.

Ld. Keeper to write to them.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper do write to the Trustees for Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland, and communicate to them the Order of this House, for Sir Henry Sheires and Mr. Annesley's Attendance on this House, in order to explain the Report received from the said Trustees.

Treaties and Papers delivered in.

The Order being read, for taking into further Consideration the Treaties:

The House was acquainted, "That Mr. Yard attended with the Papers, as agreed on Yesterday."

He was called in, and delivered the Papers following at the Table; and then withdrew:

1. "Copie du plein Pouvoir touchant Succession d' Espagne, 2d January, 1699/1700."

2. "A Copy of the King's Warrant for affixing the Great Seal to the said full Power."

3. "A Copy of the Ratification of Partition."

4. "A Copy of the King's Ratification of the Separate and Secret Articles."

5. "A Copy of the King's Warrant for affixing the Great Seal to the Treaty of Partition, Separate and Secret Articles."

These Papers were all read, by the Clerk.

Address about Partition Treaty, Committee to draw.

Lords Committees appointed to draw up and state the Fact, as to the Treaty now in Debate, and all Things and Circumstances relating thereunto; and to draw an Address to be presented to His Majesty thereupon, and report to the House.
