Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling the Estates of the Right Noble Evelyn Lord Marquis of Dorchester, and William Pierrepont Esquire, commonly called Lord Kingston, Son and Heir Apparent of the said Lord Marquis; and also for settling the Estate of John Hall Esquire, on the Marriage of the said William Pierrepont Esquire.

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Clarges' Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting a certain Piece of Ground, being Part of a Field called Stonebridge Field, adjoining to Piccadilly, in the County of Midd'x, in Trustees, to dispose of the same, to discharge a Debt to the Crown, and to other Uses."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Rogers and Mr. Orlebar:

To carry down the Two last mentioned Bills, and desire their Concurrence to them.

Brasen-Nose College Bill.

The Earl of Clarendon reported from the Lords Commitees, to whom was referred the Bill, intituled, "An Act for confirming to the Principal and Scholars of King's Hall, and College of Brasen-Nose, in the University of Oxford, the Purchase of the Advowsons of Stepney, and other Churches; and for settling the same to the Benefit of the said College: That they had considered the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with several Amendments."

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Lytton's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to explain and make more effectual a Clause relating to the Estate of Dame Rebecca Lytton deceased, in an Act of Parliament made in the Seventh Year of Her Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act for Payment of the Debts of Sir John Bolles Baronet, a Lunatic."

Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to these Lords following; (videlicet,)

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, his Deputy or Deputies, do bring the said John Baker to the Bar of this House, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock, in order to his Discharge.

Boyer to be brought to the Bar.

Upon reading the Petition of Abell Boyer, in Custody of the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod; expressing his Sorrow for his Offence, and praying to be discharged:
