Gift and demise with warranty, pursuant to patent, (fn. 1) of the lands etc. in Somerset and Devon there specified for the fulfilment of her will; appointment of John Gilbert gentleman, Peter Williamson Johnson, Thomas Larder, John Jenyn and John Burgeys as attorneys to convey seisin. Witnesses: William Storton lord Stourton knight, John Dynham lord Dynham knight, Reynold Stourton, William Poulet and John Newton knights, Philip Beaumont, William Carant, Thomas Mallet, Robert Stowell and others.
