The not coming of the Lord Chancellor or Lord Treasurer not to abate Writs of Error if either of the Chief Justices are in the Exchequer Chamber. In the Title of 21 E. III. St. 1. c. 13. it is said, "The Lord Chancellor and" Lord Treasurer;" and in the Body it is said, "Chancellor and Treasurer," without the Word or Epithet "Lord". See 4 Inst. p. 105. § 1. Ib.
But no Judgment given unless Lord Chancellor and Treasurer be present. § 2. Ib.
