Brandon and Waveney Rivers Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for making navigable the Rivers of Brandon and Waveney."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be committed to the same Committee as the Bill for Improvement of Tillage, &c.

Message to H. C. with Ashley's Bill; and that the Lords have passed Two others.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewyn and Sir Nathaniell Hobart:

To deliver to them the Bill concerning Anthony Ashley Esquire, and to desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Also to let them know, that this House hath passed the Bill for granting an Imposition upon Wines, &c. and that their Lordships have passed the Bill concerning Mr. Horde.

Bill to explain the Act concerning Falmouth Church.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the better Explanation of an Act made in this present Parliament, intituled, An Act for the making of the Church erected at Falmouth a Parish Church, and no Part of the Parish of Gluvias, or Chapelry of St. Budock."

Sale of Fee Farm Rents Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill for advancing the Sale of Fee Farm Rents do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon.

Bill against Conventicles.

The House was adjourned into a Committee, to proceed in the Consideration of the Bill against Conventicles.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee of the whole House have made further Progress in the Bill against Conventicles; but the Committee desires that the House would please to appoint the Committee of the whole House to sit Tomorrow Morning again, to proceed further in the Consideration of the said Bill."

Which the House ordered accordingly.

Ld. Fitzwater Precedency.

ORDERED, That the Counsel of the Lord Fitzwater, appointed to have been heard this Day, shall be heard on Thursday Morning next.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Essex be added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Rivers of Brandon and Waveney.

Sale of Fee Farm Rents Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning the advancing the Sale of Fee Farm Rents do meet this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock; and have Power to adjourn as they shall think fit.

Bill for a Treaty for a Union.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act authorizing certain Commissioners of the Realm of England to treat with Commissioners of Scotland, for the Weal of both Kingdoms."

L. Awdley Privilege. Dreydon discharged.

Whereas Erasmus Dreydon, a Constable of Westm. now in the Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, for entering the Lodgings belonging to the Lord Awdley, a Peer of this Realm, in the Night, to the Disturbance of his Family, sitting the Parliament, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, was this Day brought to the Bar, where he acknowledged his said Offence, and Sorrow for the same; and received the Reprehension of the House:

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Erasmus Dreydon (at the Intercession of the Lord Awdley on that Behalf, to whom he hath submitted himself) be, and is hereby, discharged from his present Restraint for his said Offence, paying his Fees: And this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Adjourn.
