Prayers.

Courtenay's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill to enable Francis Courtenay Esquire, to join with Sir William Courtenay, his Father, in a Conveyance for settling their Estate, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act to enable Francis Courtenay Esquire, to join with Sir William Courtenay, his Father, in a Conveyance for settling their Estate.

Fitz James' Estate.

An ingrossed Bill to enable the Daughters and Coheirs of Sir John Fitz James, to join in a Sale of Lands for Payment of his Debts, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act to enable the Daughters and Coheirs of Sir John Fitz James, to join in a Sale of Lands, for Payment of his Debts.

Arrests of Judgments, &c.

An ingrossed Bill for Continuance of a former Act, intituled, An Act to prevent Arrests of Judgments, and superseding Executions, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for Continuance of a former Act to prevent Arrests of Judgments, and superseding Executions: And Sir Jonathan Trelawny is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Lord Stafford's Estate.

An Act, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for confirming Agreements between the Lord Viscount Stafford and his Lady, and their customary Tenants and Copyholders, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time, after Ten of the Clock in the Morning.

Bill's Estate.

An Act, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the rectifying a Mistake of Dates, of Deeds, mentioned in an Act of Parliament, intituled, An Act to enable John Bill Esquire, to sell certain Lands in Kent and Surrey, read; and ordered a Second Reading.

Williams' Estate.

Ordered, That Sir Edmond Poley, and Sir Allen Brodericke, be added to the Committee to which the Bill on the Behalf of the Lady Williams is committed.

Conventicles.

An additional Bill to prevent seditious Conventicles, was read a Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Job Charlton, Mr. Milward, Sir Will. Coventry, Mr. Williamson, Sir Thom. Allen, Sir Thom. Hanmer, Sir Adam. Browne, Sir John Moreton, Sir Char. Wheeler, Mr. Wright, Col. Phillips, Sir Fran. Clarke, Sir Robert Holt, Sir John Knight, Mr. Pleydall, Sir Jonath. Trelawny, Sir Philip Musgrave, Col. Birch, Mr. Boscowen, Mr. Swinfen, Sir Thom. Lee, Sir John Brampston, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Ford, Lord Richardson, Sir Fretzvile Hollis, Sir Solomon Swale, Colonel Sands, Mr. Crouch, Sir John Lowther, Mr. Warren, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Col. Reames, Col. Kirby, Sir Nich. Carew, Sir John Covert, Mr. Garraway, Mr Chumley, Sir Thom. Meeres, Mr. Cheney, Mr. Sprye, Mr. Secherell: And all that shall come are to have Voices: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Privilege-Petition from a Person in custody.

A Petition of Mr. Barnaby Bowtell, now in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, for a Breach of Privilege, was read.

Ordered, That the said Mr. Bowtell be discharged of his Commitment, paying his Fees.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Sir William Lowther have Leave to go into the Country.

Supply.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, that they had made some further Progress in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply; and humbly moved, that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House, Tomorrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to consider of the Valuations and Estimates of the Commodities charged towards his Majesty's Supply; and that the House would resolve into a Committee on Saturday Morning next, for receiving new Heads of Proposals for his Majesty's Supply.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, that the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to consider of the Valuations and Estimates of the Commodities charged towards his Majesty's Supply; and that the House will resolve into a Committee on Saturday Morning next, for receiving new Heads of Proposals for his Majesty's Supply.

A List of * * * * being delivered in to the House, from the Farmers of his Majesty's Customs;

Ordered, That the Consideration of the said List be referred to the Committee appointed to consider of an Estimate of the Commodities charged towards his Majesty's Supply: Who are revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Committee of Privileges.

Ordered, That Sir John Packington, Sir Thom. Slingsby, Sir Will. Hartopp, Sir Will. Farmer, Colonel Sands, Mr. Trenchard, Mr. Stanhop, Lord O Brian, Mr. Duckett, Sir John Pelham, Mr. Packer, Sir Robert Holt, Mr. Walde, Col. Williams, Mr. Turgis, Sir Edw. Harley, Mr. Peirpoint, Sir John Knight, Mr. Price, Sir Wm. Thomas, Mr. Morgan, be added to the Committee of Privileges.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
