Prayers.
Absentees without Leave.
ORDERED, That Sir Tho. Hatton, having departed the Service of this House without Leave, be
sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this
House: And that he shall not be admitted to take his
Place in the House until he hath paid the Serjeant his
Fees and Charges.
Ordered, That, if Sir Thomas Hatton do appear before
the Rising of the House the Warrant shall be respited.
Trades of Popish Recusants.
An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An
Act disabling Popish Recusants to use or exercise certain
Professions and Trades; and compelling them to remove
from the Cities of London and Westminster, was read
the First time.
Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.
Papers to be taken to Attorney General.
Ordered, That Sir Robert Southwell do forthwith
repair to Mr. Attorney General, with the Five Letters
directed to Mr. Bennyfield at Windsor.
Leave of Absence.
Ordered, That Sir Philip Harecourt have Leave to go
into the Country.
Ordered, That Mr. Manaton have Leave to go into
the Country for Twenty Days.
And then the House adjourned till To-morrow
