The deed recites that William Hyndyston, serjeant-at-law, then deceased, and the said Henry Drewe, with others then deceased, stood seised of the premises, and all other the lands which formerly belonged to the said Robert Hyll, to the use and profit of the said Robert Hyll; and that the said William Hyndyston and Henry Drewe conveyed the estate to the said Richard Hyll, son and heir of the said Robert Hyll, esquire, and kinsman and heir of Robert Hyll, deceased, late one of King Henry VI.'s justices of the Common Bench, and the heir of the body of the last-mentioned Robert Hyll. 2 February, 5 Edward IV.
