the feast of St. Vincent, being the memorandum of an agreement between
Ellen, daughter of the late Sir Eustace de Watford, knight, and Eustace,

of the one part, and Edmund, son and heir of the late Edmund de Watford,
of the other, to wit Ellen and Eustace have enfeoffed Edmund of ½a. arable
in the south field of Watford on 'Wylifurlong' between land of the abbot
of St. James without Norhampton and his own land; and Edmund, in
exchange, has enfeoffed them of ½a. there between land of William the
