Stafford, knight, has demised to Richard Bossone, yeoman, his servant, and to Edward and Richard, the said Richard's sons (if an assignment be made to them or to either of them) of a messuage and land in the occupation of the said Richard the father, lands called 'the Nickryddinges, the Poole Styddes, alias Poole Place, and the Foure Acres,' and a windmill and a horse-mill, all in Newbolde Astberye, with the multure of the tenants there, for twenty-one years from the end of a former lease made to the said Richard and to Isabel his wife; rent, 4l. 15s. and such heriots and customs as are due from other tenants within the lordship of Newbolde Astberye in proportion to the rent; the lease to be forfeited if either of the sons misbehave.
