1449. 9 Kal. July. (23 June.) St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 51d.)	To Vincent Clementis, provost of the church of Valencia (Valentin.), S.T.M., a subdeacon of the pope. Dispensation, as below. The pope has this day dispensed him (who was formerly dispensed by papal authority to hold for life any three benefices with cure or otherwise incompatible, even if they were major or principal elective dignities etc., and two of them were parish churches, and to resign them, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleased) to hold for life with the said three incompatible benefices the parish church of Albal in the diocese of Valencia, provision of which the pope has otherwise made or ordered to be made to him. The pope hereby dispenses him to resign, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleases, the said church of Albal and any other fourth incompatible benefice which he may obtain. 1453. Kal. May. (1 May.) St. Peter's, Rome (f. 52.)	To Vincent … pope (as in the preceding), and collector of the papal camera in the realm of England. Grant that, in the event of his being promoted to the episcopal dignity without the said realm, and his being consecrated, all the benefices with and without cure, even incompatible, which he shall hold in the said realm at the time of such promotion, of anysoever value etc., shall not thereby become void, and that he may continue, even after such promotion and consecration, and obtaining the administration of a see, to hold such benefices in commendam therewith. 1453[-4]. Prid. Id. Feb. (12 Feb.) St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 251d.)	To William Culleworth, perpetual vicar of Culleworth in the diocese of Lincoln. Dispensation to hold for life with the said vicarage, value not exceeding 10 marks sterling, any other benefice, even if a dignity etc., or if he resign the said vicarage, any two benefices with cure or otherwise incompatible, even if dignities etc., and to resign them, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleases; provided that he do not hold two parish churches.
