Mandate to cite the bishop of Ely and Master Stephen de Kettilberi to appear before the pope within three months, touching the archdeaconry of Ely, void by the promotion of John de Offorde to the deanery of Lincoln, which was void by the consecration of William, bishop of Norwich, the archdeaconry being reserved to the pope, who gave it to Galhardus, cardinal of St. Lucy's in Silice, against whom it is held by Master Stephen in contempt of intimation made to him and to the bishop of Ely.
