Mandate, at the instance of William, bishop of St. Andrews, to make provision to Angus de Ergardia, B.C.L. clerk of David, king of Scotland, of the church of Lston (Liston), in the diocese of St. Andrews, void because William de Lauwedre, formerly rector, failed to be ordained, and the ordinary to exercise his right of collation within the prescribed time, although the church is unlawfully held by William Hunbit; notwithstanding that the said Angus holds the church of Dunoeng, in the diocese of Argyle, which he is to resign, and without prejudice to his claim to the bishopric of Argyle, the election to which is contested.
