4 Kal. Sept. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 57.)	To the bishops of Clonfert and Clonmacnoise and the dean of Clonfert. Mandate to remove Thady Okeallich, clerk, of the diocese of Elphin, who unlawfully detains the canonry and prebend of Anachcalych in Clonfert, value not exceeding 2 marks, void by the late Donald Omadigan obtaining the archdeaconry of Clonfert, to which other canonries and prebends are annexed, and to collate and assign the same to Maurice Ohanrachayn, clerk, of the diocese of Clonfert; notwithstanding that the pope has lately ordered provision to be made to Maurice of the perpetual vicarage of Leacmolassy, value not exceeding 4 marks, in the same diocese. 12 Kal. Sept. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 95d.)	To David Gele, clerk, of the diocese of St. Asaph. Reservation of the canonry and prebend of St. Asaph, value not exceeding 8 marks, which were held at the time of his promotion, made by the pope, by Lewis Aber, elect of Bangor, previously papal chaplain and auditor, and which are shortly to be void by such promotion and his approaching consecration; notwithstanding that the pope has recently ordered provision to be made to David of the church of Dynerth, value not exceeding 40 marks, in the diocese of St. Asaph. 11 Kal. April. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 98.)	To the abbot of St. Mary's, Lanternan, in the diocese of Llandaff. Mandate to make provision to David ap Howel, perpetual vicar of Raselek (sic), in the same diocese, if found fit after examination, of a canonry of Llandaff, with reservation, according to his fitness in Latin, of a prebend and dignity with cure, not major, personatus or office, or of a prebend and office without cure. Upon obtaining such dignity or personatus the vicarage, which has cure, is to be resigned. Dignum arbitramur.
8 Id. March. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 113.)	To John Folke. Provision of a canonry of Exeter, with reservation of a prebend and major elective dignity with cure, personatus or office; notwithstanding that he holds the church of Bletchynglegh, which is, upon his obtaining such dignity etc. to be resigned. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishops of Monopoli and St. David's and the archdeacon of Barnstaple. Vite etc. (De mandato.)

Kal. Nov. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 184.)	To Thomas Olongan. Provision of a canonry, with reservation of a prebend, of Tuam and of Clonmacnoise; notwithstanding that he has by authority of the ordinary been received as a canon of Tuam, holds a canonry and prebend of Clonfert, and that the pope lately ordered provision to be made to him of the deanery of Clonfert, about which he is litigating in the apostolic palace. He is to cease forthwith to be a canon of Tuam by the said authority. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Bisceglia (Vigilen.) and the archdeacons of Tuam and Clonfert. Vite etc. (Pro Deo.)
4 Kal. March. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 198.)	To Nicholas Oconyll. The like in Ardfert and Cork; notwithstanding that he holds a canonry and prebend of Cloyne, and that the pope has recently made provision to him of the chancellorship of the same, of which he has not yet got possession, value together not exceeding 15 marks. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Bisceglia, the dean of Cork, and the archdeacon of Ardfert. Vite etc. (Pro Deo.)
16 Kal. June. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 202.)	To Richard Flemyng. Provision of a canonry of Dublin, with reservation of a prebend. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Tuy, the abbot of St. Thomas's by Dublin, and the archdeacon of Kildare. [Vite etc.] (Pro Deo.)
12 Kal. Feb. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 240.)	To the archbishop of Armagh and the bishops of Telese and Kilmore. Mandate to collate and assign to John Obanan, rector of Deruuaylayn in the diocese of Clogher—who has already had papal dispensation as the son of an unmarried man and unmarried woman related in the second degree of affinity to be promoted to all orders and hold a benefice even with cure, after which he received provision of the said church from the apostolic see, to which it had previously been reserved—a canonry of Clogher, in which church, although there is a fixed number of canons, yet there is no distinction of prebends (prebendarum distinetio non habetur); with dispensation to hold the canonry together with the said church. 1398. 4 Non. March. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 250.)	To John Lincoln of Grymesby, canon of Lincoln. Provision, at the petition of king Richard, whose secretary he is, of a canonry, with reservation of a prebend, of Beverley and of Southwell. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Dax, the provost of St. Victor's, Xanten, in the diocese of Cologne, and the dean of London. Vite etc.
12 Kal. April. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 269.)	To Thomas Macraith. Provision of a canonry of Killaloe, with reservation of a prebend; notwithstanding that he holds the church of Drungbeib in the same diocese, and that the pope has recently ordered provision to be made to him of a benefice with or without cure, in the gift of the bishop of Limerick, even if a canonry and prebend, dignity, or personatus or office in a cathedral or collegiate church. Vite ac morum.
	Concurrent mandate to the priors of Monahincha (de Insula Vivencium), St. John's by Naynach and Lochra, in the diocese of Killaloe. Vite etc. (Pro Deo.)
Id. March. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 272.)	To Robert Mey, licentiate of civil law. Provision of a canonry of Dublin, with reservation of a prebend; notwithstanding that he holds the rectory of Balygarth, in the diocese of Meath, and that the pope has recently ordered provision to be made to him of a benefice with or without cure in the gift of the bishop of Meath, even if a dignity, personatus or office in a cathedral or collegiate church, and has granted him dispensation to hold such benefice for life together with his rectory, which has cure. Litterarum sciencia, vite etc.
	Concurrent mandate to the abbots of Mellifont and St. Mary's Kenlis, in the dioceses of Armagh and Meath, and the archdeacon of Armagh. Litterarum etc. (De mandato.)
