80. Lords of the Admiralty to Sir Henry Marten, Judge of the Admiralty. Require him to have a patent forthwith drawn up for Capt. John Mason, Treasurer to the King's late armies, to be Vice-Admiral of New England, with jurisdiction between 40 and 48 degrees of North latitude, and to comprise the South Seas, California, and Nova Albion.
