Report upon two cases wherein the Chevalier de Punchey [Poincy. see 1655, July 4, p. 426], Governor of the French in the island of St. Christopher, and James de Lilly, his servant, claim several quantities of ginger and tobacco laden in two ships of Middleburgh, taken by English ships. Endorsed, "Rec. 26 Feb. 1654."
