2,012. I. Proposals offered by Samuel Barry for the fleet and army at Jamaica. The men's pay is in arrears, and they have received no clothes for three years. Some clothing should be sent to them already, in lieu of pay. The fleet also is short of sails and other necessaries. 1 p.
