May 24. Stafford to Burghley.
Having so much to do that he knows not which way to turn, he must crave pardon for not writing more at large; but refers him to Mr. Secretary's letters, to whom he has written both in letters and in a little billet in oil such things as pass there. Has also written to him about Lord Westmerland's departure hence, and the answer to be given him.—May 24, 1588.
