Has received his letters of the 13th Oct. and 6th Nov. Assures him of the safety of his son, whom they are fully persuaded is at Geneva. Note on the back touching the seizure of certain merchandise at Rouen. Has obtained favourable letters to M. De Carrouges, the governor there.
