Gulielmus Warmingtonus, Presbyter Anglus quatenus fere trium annorum studiis in controversiis et catibus sub Alano Rectori Collegii Anglorum Rhemensis in Gallia peractis eidem postea Cardinali ad obitum usque continuo servierit, et deinde a Cardinali Borromeo in Congregacionem oblatorum benigne reciptus, per alios 3 annos proximi elapsos sub ejusdem disciplina educatus fuerit, nunc tandem post quam 14 fere annorum exilia de redire cogitat, non nisi ut quantulum cumque talentum suum in salutem animarum et hæresi laborantium, salubriter expendat, Quapropter suppliciter petit quatenus S. V. omnes et singulas eas facultates illi benigne concedere dignetur quas cuilibet d. collegii alumno vel Rector vel Card. Caetanus concedere solet.
Ut confessiones Anglorum Hiberniorum et Scotorum etiam ubilibet existentium audire eosque poenitentes absolvere queat. Ut vestes sacerdotales et ecclesiae ornamenta benedicere calicisque et Altaria portabilia ob instantem necessitatem consecrare librorumque haereticorum legere et tenere liceat.
Ut vota simplicia excepto voto perpetuae castitatis et Religionis commutari et exorcismos super energumento exercere possit, Relapsos etiam absolvere praesertim cum ad Stum Inquisitionis officium rebus sic stantibus recurrere non poterunt. Ut declaret neminem in dictis regnis teneri ad abstinendum abluis vel ad jejunandum diebus Veneris extra quadrm 4 tempora et vigilias neque ad abstinentiam a carnibus in festo Sti Marci nec etiam in 3 feriis rogationum, non obstante quacumque vel immemorabili consuetudini contraria.
