Oct. 15 Report to the Treasury from the Customs Commissioners dated Custom House, London. On a second petition from Captain Richard Copithorne concerning the exaction of the one per cent. duty on his ship the “Royal Exchange.” Upon search cannot find that any favour has been shown in cases of this kind.
