Sept. 19. Petition from Jacob Robin and Isaack Philip, two Swiss, concerning some small parcels of goldsmiths' work, part thereof for Mr. Noell, but seized from them at Chatham. Referred: to the Customs Farmers to procure him some restitution, "this person being one that sometimes brings some comodities from Geneva and comeing over this troublesome times and producing his certificats how he behaved himself and gave notice of his merchandise."
