Aug. 2. Present: Lord Godolphin, Sir Stephen Fox, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir William Trumbull.
[Letter of direction for the issue to the Paymaster of the Ordnance of] 18,997l. 10s. 1d. for sea service of the Ordnance: out of loans [to be made] by the Treasurer [of the Ordnance] on the Burial Act.
[Same for] 2,000l. to my Lord Shrewsbury for secret service, viz. 500l. to complete the privy seal for the year ended at Lady day last and 1,500l. in part of 3,000l. for this year: to be issued out of Excise and Post Office money.
