Precept addressed by the Commissioners for taking, examining and stating the Public Accounts of the Kingdom to William Blathwayt, Surveyor and Auditor General of the Revenues in America, requiring him to deliver to them the several accounts as follows viz. of all the respective revenues, impositions, quit rents, fines, forfeitures and other Duties arising and accruing to her Majesty or her royal Predecessors out of the Islands and Plantations in America as follows under her Majesty's Government and obedience, expressing and specifying what hath been received and on what head or branch and by whom; and what hath been paid and to whom and by what warrant, order or direction and the use or service for which it was paid: as the respective auditors or other proper officers of each Plantation and place have stated and passed them [the said accounts].

May 22. Royal warrant to the Earl of Ranelagh to take off the respits on the pay of Col. Dutton Colt's Regiment from 1692–3 Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and to complete the pay thereof by the musters of Nov. and Dec. 1692 when they were ordered to the West Indies, no muster rolls having been returned after their embarcation: and further to allow the pay of the Colonel and other Officers for the several times (for which they are respited) during which they were employed about pressing affairs of said Regiment such as recruits, clothing &c.
