levy money for 35 men delivered over by Col. Harry Mordaunt to some Regiments going to Spain 105l.—ditto an° 1706 and 1709.
the subsistence of the Company raised by Capt. Walton at Newfoundland, 385l. 16s. 7d.—never clear'd but disbanded without further issues.
subsistence to the Regiments commanded by Cols. Wynn and Lepel 4,400l.

To this account the Auditor Edward Harley has appended the following notes or Memoranda:
It appears by the preceding accounts that the sum of 40,000l. was lent by the Queen in 1704 to the present Emperor of Germany by the name of King of Spain: of which care is to be taken when the account shall be settled with his Imperial Majesty.
There is due from the States General of the United Provinces 800l., being their moiety of the allowance of waggon money paid by the Accountant for the year 1708 to the four English Battalions on the Establishment of the 20,000 additional men.
Sir Henry Furnese, deceased, being by agreement with the late Lord Treasurer dated 13 Feb. 1704–5 and by several subsequent agreements appointed to remit all money necessary for her Majesty's Forces in the Low Countries and Germany, for which he is accountable, the said Sir Henry did in his lifetime by order of the Treasury exhibit his accounts of the said remittances for the time he was concerned in that affair, viz.: from May 1705 to August 1710 which are under examination in order to the preparing a state thereof.
Of the sums appearing to remain undeducted at the foot of the account of Charles Fox, the preceding Paymaster, for the year 1704 for charges of transportation amounting to 2,121l. 12s. 9d. there has been deducted and charged in the account for 1706 the sum of 5l. 14s. 6d. from Lieut.-Gen. Ingoldsby's Regiment; and there remains to be charged, for ought appears to the Auditors, the sum of 2,715l. 18s. 1d.
There is also undeducted for provisions in transportation at the foot of the said Mr. Fox's account for the half year ended 24 June 1705 the sum of 150l. 8s. 2d.

Upon this accompt the Auditor has made the following memoranda:
The sum of 31,285l. 8s. 0d. is charged by the Ordnance accompt on the Regiments for arms delivered. But hitherto the accomptant has only been charged with 2,532l. 9s. 11d. for 1706 and 2,049l. 14s. 8d. for 1707: leaving 26,703l. 3s. 5d. still to be charged on him.
Pearce's Dragoons are to be charged with 764l. 13s. 3¼d. paid to Man and Maculock for clothing. The Commissaries appointed to receive issue clothing are accountable for the quantities of such clothing.
The Queen is to be reimbursed the sums of 12,490l. and 5,000l. paid to Harnage and Churchill for clothing: and 1,425l. paid to Sir Henry Furness for clothing and 24,571l. 19s. 6d. for clothing bought by her Majesty. The total deductions come to 71,143l. 16s. 8¼d. which is 27,656l. 17s. 2¼d. more than the above clothing allowances for the year 1706.
For the 1707 and 1708 clothing the Queen is to be reimbursed 24,980l. paid to Churchill and Harnage and 22,729l. 3s. 4d. paid to Charles Robinson. The accomptant has not made deductions for the same in the years 1707 and 1708 respectively. He must be charged therewith in a subsequent account.
When Barrimore's Regiment is cleared for 1705 Subsistence the 6,992l. 11s. 6¾d. paid to it is to be charged on this accomptant: likewise the subsistence paid in 1707 and 1708 to the several Regiments whose accounts cannot yet be regimentally stated.
The accomptant is to be charged with 984l. 3s. 0¼d. received by him of Charles Fox, 24 March 1709–10.
The 6,558l. for horses delivered to Harvey's and Raby's Regiments and 129l. 17s. 8d. paid by Mr. Johnson and Mr. Lluellin for recruit horses in Ireland as in the 1705 account is not yet adjusted.
The 40l. deducted from Donegall's Regiment for medicines is to be charged on this accomptant.
On the adjustment of the Commissaries' several accounts, the balance of deductions in 1707 and 1708 is to be charged on this accomptant.
The 8,750l., allowed in this account as paid to Brig. Lislemaris for the use of the Dutch Forces in the Rivers' Expedition to enable them to furnish themselves with provisions during the time they were detained in Torbay by contrary winds, is to be made good to the Queen by the Dutch Government.
The Queen is to be reimbursed the 15,568l. 16s. 10¼d. of the 17,061l. 18s. 0d. paid to John Hallum for Clothing.
When this or any other Paymaster shall take credit for the pay of the Earl of Donegall as Maj. Gen. at 2l. 10s. a day for the year to 23 Dec. 1706 he surcharges himself with 119l. 14s. 0d. paid him on accompt of such pay.
Out of the 7,887l. 13s. 7½d. paid to Ralph Bucknall, being so much sent by him to the prisoners after the battle of Almanza, no more than 7,660l. 18s. 2d. is repaid by him to this accomptant.
The following sums are to be charged on Antonio Belvitches et al., Contractors for mules for the Artillery and for bread and bread waggons as paid to him by this accomptant, viz. 39,900l., 5,018l. 9s. 0d. in this accompt and 7,279l. 0s. 8d. in the 1707 account.
