Viscount Brouncker's book [of account of the navy debt received on Wednesday last is to be signed by the rest of the Principal Officers and Commissioners of the Navy as well as by his Lordship. Write Viscount Brouncker to that effect.]

Sir Ste. Fox warrant; Mr. Fowke warrant; and the Auditors' certificates: all these [businesses] to be named to Sir G. Downing to-morrow morning.
