Wyndsor's Restitution.

L. 1a. B. FOR Restitution in Blood of the Sons and Daughters of Edward Wyndsor Esquire.

To give Costs to the Defendant, upon a Non-suit of the Plaintiff, or a Verdict against him: - Upon a second Reading, committed to Sir Henry Poole, all the Lawyers of the House, Sir Edward Mountague, Sir Robert Oxenbridge, Sir William Strowd, Sir Francis Barrington, Sir Robert Wingfield, Sir Thomas Smyth, Sir Nath. Bacon, Sir Geo. L. 3a. An Act for the Strengthening, Explanation, and Enlarging, of One Act of Parliament, made 32 H. VIII. for the Incorporation of Six or Four Churchwardens in the Parish of St. Saviours in Southwark: - Upon the Question, passed.

Injuries from Spaniards.

Motion made, That a Message might be sent to the Lords, for a Conference touching joining in Petition to his Majesty for Redress of Spanish Wrongs.

The Message sent by Sir Edwyn Sandys, expressing the Desire of the House to that Purpose.

The Answer returned by him; That their Lordships thought the Matter very weighty, and rare, both for Matter, and Manner; that they would consider of it; and touching the Conference desired, send Word by their own Messengers.
