Dr. Gooch: - Both Universities prejudiced by this Bill; who have, by their Charters, Power to hold Plea of Informations.

Sir Edw. Coke; - 8o Ed. I. Civitas Cantabrig. - 13 Eliz. all the Charters to both the Universities confirmed, and every particular Clause in every of them established.
