SIR D. Digges beginneth the Report from the Conference Yesterday with the Lords. - The Lords spake:

Lord Duke, Lord Chamberlain, and Lord Conway. The Matter, spoken of. Four Parts: 1. Explanation of his Majesty's ...

2. An apologetical Narration by the Lord Duke. Leave given him to use his Paper.

Doubt made, whether further Report shall be made of the other narrative or apologetical Parts, besides this explanatory, which now reported.

Remonstrance to the King.

Moved, a select Committee, for a satisfactory Answer to his Majesty, that our Proceedings have been parliamentary; and a Remonstrance to his Majesty of our Privileges.

Upon Question, the Residue of that delivered at the Conference, and not yet reported, Yesterday with the Lords, shall be reported to the House. This to be done To-morrow Morning, Eight Clock.

Upon Question, the Committee of the whole House, Yesterday appointed, shall not proceed, till the Residue of the Report be made To-morrow.
