Message from the King.
Mr. Speaker delivereth a Message from his Majesty. Ordered, The Serjeant shall stand without the Door, and suffer no Man to go out of the House.
The House to be presently resolved into a grand Committee, to consider, what now fit to be done, upon this Message, and Command, now delivered from his Majesty ; and for the Safety of King and Kingdom: And, no Man, in the mean time, to go out, upon Penalty of sending to the Tower.
Members freed of speaking undutifully.
Upon Question, every Member of this House free from having spoken any thing undutifully, from the Beginning of this Parliament, to this Time.
Message from the King to adjourn.
Mr. Speaker bringeth a Message from the King; That he desireth for [a] forbear any further Proceedings, till To-morrow Morning; and to put off all Committees this Afternoon. - Resolved.
